Chittibomma Srinivasa Rao,45 years had been diagnosed with End-Stage Renal Failure on 21/04/2014. Kidney Transplantation is the only option for his survival. But due to financial constraints, for the past one and a half year, he is going through dialysis twice or thrice a week depending on his health condition.

He is the only source of income for the family and his kids, who are studying Intermediate depend on him. Each Dialysis session costs around Rs.3000. 

He had already received approval for Kidney Transplantation from Andhra Pradesh State government.
